Return, Exchange and Cancellation Policy

1. At Sil-Kan-Chic (SKC), our endeavor is to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality of product and service at their doorstep. To that effect, every product at SKC goes through a rigorous process of quality check. Every product is also thoroughly checked before being shipped to our customers. This process ensures that every product sent to our customers is flawless and meets industry standards for such products.

2. At SKC, we do not accept Return or Exchange of products. 

3. The photos of all products are taken under neutral lighting conditions, and we make the best possible effort to reproduce the exact saree colour. Sometimes the colours may look different due to temperature of your monitor and/or device settings. We do not accept returns or exchanges for differences observed in colours.

4. Our products are handwoven and naturally hand dyed. This means that inconsistencies in weave/selvedge, dyes, pulled threads and/or motifs may be observed. These are natural due to the human involvement in the process. These inconsistencies will not be accepted as defects. 

5. We will not be held responsible for any damage that occurs to the saree after purchase which may be caused due to rain, overuse, stains, incorrect cleaning and care, and other normal wear and tear.
